  • Why offer prints instead of original artwork?
    To make my artwork more affordable. Selling the original piece is a one-time deal, that might not be enough to sustain an artist. Creating prints of my artwork allows me to have a more extensive stock of products that I can sell to more buyers.
  • What is an Art Print?
    An art print is when an artist creates a digital image of their original artwork. The original artwork can only be in one place at a time, and larger pieces aren’t always easy to move around. Creating high-quality prints allows artists to easily reach more people who can view their artwork without having to move the original and put it at risk
  • Are there shipping fees?
    No, the cost for shipping has already been built into the cost of the product.
  • What printing service do you use?
    Printful, is a popular print-on-demand service that allows artists to create and sell their artwork without worrying about inventory management or shipping. Printful uses museum-quality posters made of thick matte paper. Each poster is printed with a multicolour, water-based inkjet printing technique that brings out the natural beauty of alcohol inks.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
